What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product. Universal-fit items such as steering wheel covers and car organizers usually start from 500–1000 pcs per model; seat covers and car mats start from 300–500 pcs. Contact us for the exact MOQ of any model.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We support custom logos, labels, packaging, colors and materials on most models, and we can develop new designs from your samples or drawings (ODM).
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Samples can be shipped by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) within 3–5 business days. Sample cost is refundable against your first bulk order in most cases.
What are your payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or L/C at sight for large orders. Other arrangements can be discussed for long-term partners.
How long is the production lead time?
Usually 25–35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation, depending on the season and quantity.
Which markets do you export to?
We export to the Middle East, North Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, South America and other regions, and we are familiar with the certification and labeling requirements of these markets.
